Truly Hard to Find. I think Rare is used way too much on eBay, but this is a very hard to find item. Cast Iron Virginia Metalcrafters BULL FROG garden statue , key hider, doorstop. Weighs an impressive 11+ pounds. Measures approx. 5.25 inches tall and 7 inches at the widest part of the base and Approx 7 inches wide head to tip of back. The finish is in good condition but does a a few surface chip spots as seen in pictures. Looks much better than the pictures show. This frog is used and... has a few small surface spots on the eyes, on the back. Please review all pictures as they are part of the description.
This frogs is marked on the inside Virginia Metalcrafters ©1997 18-22. Made In USA and has a small metal clip to tuck a key in.
VMC closed in 2006 and very few of these heavy frogs were produced.
