Collectible 1960s vintage 'Taj of India' embroidered silk shoes - this is the brand of shoes that Barbara Eden wore in the TV show "I Dream of Jeannie". These are round toe flats with a very small gold leather heel, and nicely detailed embroidery. Colorful & fun, with pink liner and footbed. Ivory colored silk gold leather trim and colorful embroidery in pinks / turquoise blue / green / yellow. They are tagged vintage US womens size 10 narrow; I wear a US size 8.5 and they fit me b...ut are styled slim through foot. Please see all measurements below. Good vintage condition with lots of use left, however please note they do show signs of wear. The light colored silk has makes and light wrinkles. The embroidery is in excellent condition. There is some marks near sole on silk where the glue has yellowed over time. The footbed liners are peeling up a little. Soles show normal wear. Please refer to all pictures.
