1975 Hawaiian Barbie
This Barbie was in my Grandmother's collection since my early childhood. As far as I know she has never been removed from the box however based on the packaging, she may have been reboxed at some point many years ago.

EDIT: It has been brought to my attention that this doll i...s known to have green spots on her face. Upon turning her head through the package, it appears she has 2 spots. Picture has been added.
