The car has some play wear but is in good overall condition as you can see.The car measures 3 3/8 X 1 3/8 X 1 1/4 inches tall.The wind up motor does work as I have one key I use to test cars.There is no key included with the car so you will need to get one.I don't see any markings on this so not sure who made it.Look at the photos to judge the condition for yourself.
