This is a Vintage Blonde Scooba Doo Talking Doll 1964 Mattel.
Eyes open/close as designed, talking pull string does not function correctly. String retracts automatically and doll makes sounds but the words are unintelligible (as if the playback is drastically sped up). Pre-owned condition. There is a small tear on the right hand and there is a 1 inch tear on the left side of the dress around the area where the pull string is. Otherwise exterior is in good shape.
