Balance looks to be intact, but does not spin free. Watch will not wind up, i believe mainspring is broken. Inside back cover and movement marked R. Lapanouse Swiss made. and marked one jewel. Movement does have some lite tarnish. Dial looks to be in good shape. Hands have some tarnish spots. Crystal has some scuffs, and scratches around.
