1964 Mattel Scooba Doo Beatnik Pull String Talking Doll Voice Box Not Working. Pre-owned, with some minor staining on the hands and black cloth portion as documented in the photos. The voice box is inoperable. When you pull the string, it retracts back like it’s supposed to but it only makes squeaky noises. The doll has some paint wear on one eye lid as documented in the photos. The doll was manufactured by Mattel in 1964 and measures approximately 21”.
