The Wonder Cannon Camera was a magazine camera for coin-sized ferrotype film plates, made ca. 1910 by the Chicago Ferrotype Co.. The last exposed plate could be released through a duct into the simple can in which the used plates were collected. It had bead sights as viewfinder. Its upper part with the magazine of unused plates and the lens and shutter was designed like an old naval cannon.The camera has an operating shutter and the plates drop into the developing tank.Included a...re several blank film plates , original box and holders with some developed plates.NOTE the developing tank is not the original one. Sold as is for display refer photosfor additional information.Also included are some aluminium disc I made so I could operate the plate drop system.
