The gold tone metal is not a deep gold color, but a paler shade of gold. The back is marked aluminum, the front is marked Sheffield and Swiss Made.- NOTE: this thing works fine but it ticks like a clock, so, if you want a silent pendant watch, steer clear of this one.- To set the time you pull up on the knob and have to give it a good pull, and of course you wind it with the same knob.- The chain's length is about 24 inches. The diameter of the watch is just over 2 inches.- In lovely vintage condition, age uncertain.OTHER DETAILS:Tracking isincluded for United States buyers.
