This is the 1972 Topper cute Connie Majorette. She has the silver trimmed hat and boots. Her hat has the blue feather. Connie is firmly attached to the box and in mint condition. The box is in excellent condition with bright graphics and very little shelf wear. The box... still has the round blue sticker "One Of Dawn's Best Friends.
