Friden Automatic Calculator Model SRWComes with power cord and cover. Powers on, but does make buzzing sound, possibly due to "CARR CLEAR" button being stuck down. Overall, in excellent condition and a true collector's item.From the Friden Company manufactured approximately 1952. This is the first calculator to extract a square root with the touch of a button. Only 10, 000 were ever made.

The "CARR CLEAR" button is stuck down and I would imagine has something to do with the noise. I do not know how to work the machine to test all the features out. The original cord is included and does power the machine on. If you know how to repair the buttons or figure out how to stop the buzzing, you may be able to get it up and running to it's full capacity.
