Unique, bright cut engraved sea shell in various forms with
geometric medallion and diamond pattern tapestry along the upper rim.
Crossed bough with ribbon shields to both side
which have never been monogrammed.
Bead, wave and stitch type border work throughout.
This rare 1809 Gustavus Byrne sterling nautical goblet is 8 1/4 inches andweighs a bit over 16 standard ounces.
In very fine condition.
Appears little used.Rich sterling, original detail.
Hallmarked as shown including the Dublin assay master LAW.
