This auction is for an antique circa 1830s Opticians microscope in box. The box is marked 'Thomas Harris & Son Opticians to the Royal Family British Museum London'. The box is 11-3/4" x 5-1/2" x 5" in size. The brass microscope is attached to the box & swivels up and down. Obviously the device is dismantled somewhat and I have taken pictures of all parts I have. Not sure how complete it is. What you see is what you get. The inlay label indicates that Harris & Sons address w...as opposite the British Museum in London. Crack in box lid as shown.
