Vintage Apple 3.5 Drive Model No. A9M0106 (Floppy disk)+Original Apple Chord
I bought this item off of Craigslist, and have cleaned it up. I originally hoped to use it with a vintage Apple computer, but I’ve found myself without any time to collect and maintenance all the parts from my first childhood computer.On the exterior, the day of this post, I went over it in fine detail with high percentage alcohol, and opened up the case, giving it a canned air treatment. The electronics ...are untested and no other work is done on the unit.Aesthetically, the case has medium to heavy yellowing, on the front panel. If the most yellow is 10/10, the front panel is close to 6.5/10. It is ready for a retrobrite treatment. The original Apple chord and contacts look very good, both in colour and lustre. Doesn’t seem to be any corrosion at all.
The bottom panel is missing one screw, and all four rubber feet. The single missing screw does not affect the case stability in any major way. The missing rubber feet make the unit feel rigid on a desktop, but these can easily be replaced with a brief stop at your local hardware store.

Although I planned on honouring the highest bid from the original listing, once the auction ended eBay did not provide an option for me to sell it to the highest bidder, nor was there even a way for me to see who the highest bidder was.
