Thisis a very nice 3 piece vintage Pyrex Flameware 1½ Quart DoubleBoiler, #6283, made in the USA. The bottom piece has 6283-Lembossed on the bottom, and the upper pot has 6283-U. They both havethe flame logo, and the glass has a light-blue tinge. The lid has nomarkings and it is clear glass. It fits both pots. The stainlessbands and glass handles are tight and secure. Both the pots andglass lid are in very good condition. This was very lightly used, but it is clean, there are no majo...r scratches, and no chips orcracks.
