38.50mm bezel, rotates both ways, watch sets time, winds and runs, not tested, needs service, has 23 jewels 11AOACB movement, crown is not original to the watch, sets time in winding direction, otherwise will unscrew, original Bulova stainless bracelet band, inside the clasp marked 1033 stainless steel, top clasp with Bulova logo has dents.
