INCREDIBLE leather-bound photo album of photos taken by Jerry and Patti Lewis in 1951. This album has 76 pages of amazing black and white photos. In addition to some great photos of Patti, Jerry, and their sons Gary and Ron, there are some fabulous photos including Tony Curtis, Janet Leigh, and Dean Martin. There are 37 photos missing due to Patti Lewis cutting them out to make another album. This was not uncommon for her to do. If this album were complete, it wou...ld contain 113 photos. Please see accompanying photos for reference. Bound in dark navy blue leather with yellow-gold lettering, this album measure approximately 10" x 10" and quite heavy. The first portion of photos in the album are printed on thick-matte card stock. The middle of the album is printed on glossy photo paper, and the rest of the album is back to thick card stock. Please refer to the accompanying photos for reference, and study them closely. This album shows normal wear for being 68 years old, but is in pretty good shape. There is a mark on the front of the album as well as fading to some of the photos. Additionally, there is curling of the edges which could have been from exposure to moisture, or just from age. With that said, this does not take away from how incredibly rare and special this item is. All of the aforementioned can be seen in the photos accompanying this listing.
