Vintage Royal Adderley Bone China Flowers in a Black Top Hat. No chips or cracks or scratches. But one pink rose has a green edge. I think or I am guessing the green leaf was painted after the pink rose. It is the pink rose in the first picture, but it doesn't really show well. There is something imprinted into the rim of the black hat but I can't see it or figure it out. The measurements are approximately 3 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches.
