This stunning Antique Victorian ring features the word 'REGARD' spelt out with precious gemstones. The stones are wonderfully cabochon cut with a rose cut Diamond to the centre.

The stones; Ruby, Emerald, Garnet, Amethyst, Ruby and Diamond spell out Regard, all modelled in 15ct Yellow Gold, dating to circa. 1870.
Acrostic rings were used as a Romantic token to your loved one during the Victorian period, they were often used as engagement rings as they held a hidden love message.
This ring also features a locket back which is complete with fine plaited hair and the band is engraved reading 'From A.R to I'.
