Rare Sony ICF-6700W FM/AM Multi Band Short Wave Dual Conversion Receiver w/ Antenna (about 4 feet long!)Purchased at an estate sale, it's been tested and works - the short wave bands are too confusing to me, the receiver scrolls through the different frequencies on each of the SW1, SW2 and SW3 bands but with all the dials and knobs I couldn't figure out how to properly use it in the few minutes I played around with it - there's no reason to suggest any issues with it, based on its cond...ition and the good reception on the FM and AM(MW) dials. The digital readout works (as shown in the pics) - really cool piece of older electronic gear - someone out there should be able to find a good use for it. Please note the end of the power cord has chew marks but it works fine and replacement cords are easy to find (the cord unplugs from the unit). Feel free to ask any basic questions and I'll do my best to answer but am no radio expert by any means. Sold as-is, thanks for looking!
