This is a graded Princess Leia in Bespin Gown action figure. This is the crew neck version of the gown. She is graded at a 75, probably because she is missing the gold trim around the bottom of her skirt/thighs.
I am a collector first and foremost, so I always ship everything I sell very well wrapped. I spare no expense...or bubble wrap. You will receive this item in the exact condition you see it here in these pictures.
