Hello and welcome to The House of Chrome. You are looking at a 4 very good cable / adapters used on several older American microphones utilizing the Amphenol 5/8 thread. These were often used on microphones such as the Turner 211, 33 or 22 series microphones as well as a bunch of early Electro Voice mics like the 611, 911, 638 and the Shure 533 SA. The connectors just need to be soldered on to your own custom cable of length with end con...nector of choice. The four shown are period to the 1940's to 1960's. There is 4 Amphenol connectors.
