Pancolar 50/1.8 50mm electric Carl Zeiss lens Praktica M42 CLA works zebra version
Standard Carl Zeiss Jena for Praktica M42 cameras. This is zebra versions with "radioactive" yellow glass. It was very sharps on black and white pictures (i believe partly due yellowish glass) but with yellow overcast on dias. Today if used on digittal camera is not problem filter yellow out. Single coated.
This is very good lens - one the best lens ever made by Carl Zeiss Je...na. Photographers here love this lens and some of them use it with adapter even on their high end Canon or Nikon cameras!
Lens was originally designed for "electric" Praktica cameras from VLC group. It will work with any M42 camera if it does not have holes for screws on ring where "sits" the lens. One special note. This lens has relatively very large blades and very complicate spring serving it inside. If you use it in manual mode front down it usually does not stop more far past f11, you need shake it a bit or stop down front up. In auto mode it works always fine if serviced.
Description: Ser. No. 8941628. Stopping limits are 1.8-22. It focuses from 0.35m to infinity. Lens is single coated.
Cosmetically is this lens EXCELLENT+ with tiny scratches on zebra knurling. Rest of barrel almost with very few scratches, lens very close to mint. Very nice and fresh looking.
With caps but without case.
Glass on lens is clean, no fungus, no scratches (nearly, from rear end I see 3 tiny). Very good glass. Clean, not yellowish (thorium). Focusing and stopping is smooth, I lubricated the lens recently.Air mail shipping and handling charge is WORLDWIDE $16 REGISTERED (letter), it has automatic insurance coverage up to €50 (Euro) per packet, if higher insurance is required than cheapest available shipping option (worldwide same) is $30 INSURED PACKET (wait for my invoice if you want use it). They do exist express options (EMS and business packet) to most countries of world however cost are different (expensive) you need ask about them separately.
If post will confirm that insured packet was lost or damaged (you need claim by delivery) I will replace it - when impossible refund the full amount. I need wait for post confirmation, too many crooks lately trying to have both item and money.
It is included in it incombinable $5 packing and handling charge that remains by combined shipping. Rest of charge I will combine and calculate just true shipping charge for packet to your country if you will purchase more items.
I have declared up to 10 days handling time for my items. I need this time to control and last time test every item, for items shipped out of European union put it in custom office that needs 2-3 days prepare documents and transfer packet to post office. Expected postal delivery time is usually up to 2 weeks but delays simple happens, for example in USA packet often need more days for security control in custom office. For these reasons I choose to check ebay shipping option "economy shipping ... 11-20 business days", I hope that you will get as quick as possible (in most cases you can calculate get packet 1.5-2 weeks after payment date if you are in European union, 2-3 weeks for rest of world) but really I can not affect work of custom and post offices worldwide anyway and delays can happen. Online trackable it is in some countries, for example USA, China, Japan. Contact me before making any Ebay or Paypal claim, PLEASE!
Combined shipping saves often costs per item considerably but not in all situations, ask about exact items. By very cheap item is possible ship uninsured - this will cost $3 less, but I will do it only if you will declare that you will not make any claim if packet will be lost by transport.Look at my other auctions for more camera items!

Sorry, usually I can't reply questions during Friday-Sunday. If is some difference between description and picture usually is mistake in description, by cameras, lenses, prisms, etc, picture always show actual item (some small items like extension tubes, flash shoes, etc can be exception).
