Original Description:
This is a very stylish pair (2) of toast racks complete with their original fitted case or box. 
Made in solid sterling silver, as can be seen with the Birmingham assay office hallmark for 1937 & 1940 on each piece and the makers mark, Adie Brothers.
Each rack is 7.5 cms long x 4.5 cms in width and stand at 7 cms in height to the top of the handle. They are in overall great condition for the age, with no damage and polishes to a very nice shine as you can see, but do rem...ember they are an old set so do not expect it to look new. 
The combined weigh of the set is approximately 90g.
This would make a lovely quality and unusual gift for someone, which can still be admired and enjoyed today.
