Two Vintage 12" Utah Speakers - one is non working and the other has dents in the cone but sounds great. I'd call them both recone candidates. Both Speakers measure 5.3 ohm on a multimeter
You can hear them on most Twilight Ramblers albums - pulled from the guitar player's Pro Reverb. They very much have a JBL sound to them - bright, punchy and clean. Huge magnets - not sure if Alnico or Ceramic.
