Original Description:

This is a vintage 40's era top hat that was made in West German. It is made of black silk with a black grosgrain ribbon around the brim.

It measures 24" around the outside and about 22 1/2" around the inside.  It is marked "Delton West Germany " on the inside.
 
Condition: There is a bend or crack in the brim and the silk is very fragile.
