This Original Vintage 1940's 10k Solid Yellow Gold ring is set with a Fantastic 5+ct 12x10mm Ruby that has been Hand Engraved with the Masonic Square & Compass. This Very High Quality Lab Grown Ruby has beautiful VIVID RED color and perfect clarity. A Lab Grown Ruby has the exact same physical, optical, and chemical properties of a Natural Ruby meaning it is as hard and scratch resistant. The Masonic Compass & Square Symbol has been Hand Engraved/Etched into the Ruby and 24k gold applied into the engraving. This Ruby is a Rectangular Cabochon Cut. Cabochon refers to a gemstone that has been shaped and highly polished instead of being faceted. This cut is a lower profile cut that keeps the gemstone low in the setting protecting it from nicks and scratches. This Ruby is in PERFECT PRISTINE CONDITION free of chips, nicks, cracks, or scratches. This ring also features beautifully cast Masonic Plumb and Trowel Symbols on the shoulders of the setting.
