Condition: Sold as seen on pictures.
My opinion is that these two cool objects has a very nice condition.
I believe the pictures will give you a quite good overview.
Traffic policeman has a dent on its backside, can be seen on picture.
Tricycle has a small part missing on one of the wheels (the side "stuff ")

Tested with batter...ies (21 may 2019).
Light goes on, goes forward/circle and then stops and "blows" the whistle, then it continues in a circle in opposite direction and so on.
Policeman work as it should. It has a strong wind up.
It turns around on its "plate". moves his arm, and also a whistle sound comes from it.
