Up for your consideration, a rarely (never?) seen St Louis Cardinals Tuberculosis Day pencil clip.The bird certainly has more of a 20's/30's appearance then 40's

I've only come across one other example of this clip in over 20 years of collecting, and its resting comfortably in a private collection.

These benefits took place annually at Sportsman's Park to help eradicate the disease starting in 1915 and ending in 1942.
