Hi, She is brand new and never removed from the backing of the box. The tape on the top was cut, so I took her out to check her out. She is in very good condition. The bracelets have never been removed from the plastic. The box does have some ware. There are a couple creases and a split on the left side cardboard. They are feom a smoke free and pet free home.
