1916 ALICE IN WONDERLAND & THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS Windermere Series As-Is

Three of the 12 full page color illustrations are missing - the page opposite the title page; on pp 40 and on pp. 80. Probably the most well-known illustration of HUMPTY DUMPTY (pp 160) is in very good condition however. Illustrations with condition issues are: pp 16, stains at bottom edge of page; pp 40 ...pencil marks and stains at bottom edge of page; pp 56 left edges are chipped; pp 96 has a 2" tear from the top edge; pp 160 is detached. The other illustrations are fine.
Condition:
Various condition issues. Three of the 12 full page color plates are missing. See text for more information. The first title page is detached. There are some pencil scribbles on the Table of Contents and Title page, (although I don't see any other marks on the other pages). The cover is worn (the spine is very worn).
