Texas Instruments TI-99/4A Vintage Computer FOR PARTS & REPAIR REPLACEMENTS
This unit was purchased along with three others, all were new old stock in original boxes and had been stored in a warehouse for years.
I did not have a TV old skool enough around to test the connection to the video modulator...
So I ordered the cable with the black, yellow, white and red video connections, I attempted to connect to a VGA monitor with these cables but was unable to get a connection....
I don't really know how to test this unit properly...
I cannot guarantee that it this works because I wasn't able to connect it to a video source. I can say the unit does power up and appears in good condition. It is in really great condition and was stored in original packaging and box for many years. NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS as I don't know how to test these units...
Comes with the power supply, video modulator, and extra cable that I purchased new...
THIS ITEM WAS SHIPPED AND RETURNED when some of the keys on the keyboard came off during shipping. This is being sold for parts / repair only. A good machine if you need extra parts & pieces for repairing other similar machines. My guess is that it does have mostly viable replacement parts but I cannot guarantee at all that the machine will work as originally intended.
