Published in 1980 in only a single printing of 500 copies (stated) by Lloyd E. Jones Magic Ltd. Oakland, CA
This book has never been reprinted due to a lawsuit involving use of some copyrighted material.Numbered to only 500 copies (at least some of which were apparently NOT issued because of legal threats against publisher Lloyd Jones), this book tells the "real work" behind many of the world's most popular stage illusions of the time (1980), the vast majority of which are still in use today. Neither author, editor nor publisher had permission from the owners and originators of said illusions to release this information at the time, thus the the famous supressed edition that went into litigation, recalled and cannot be reprinted. The terms of the successful injunctive action required the publisher to recall all unsold copies in the market and destroy them. This resulted in a substantial percentage of the 500 limited edition copies never being available for saleUnknown number exist of the 500 copies printed.
