Good Pioneer H-R99 8 Track Tape Player/Recorder. Professionally Serviced with all switches and pots cleaned, new belts, head and capstan cleaned and demagnetized, program mechanism and track light system disassembled cleaned and lubricated, tape head was calibrated for optimum playback and record. Counter wasn’t working and was repaired. Deck was “froze up” on Track four and has been cleaned and lubricated and works perfect. Wood sides are in good condition with some minor scratc...hes on the top and bottom edges. Face plate has some scratches on the top edge but it’s in really good shape for the age of unit. The tape door had the clear protector on it and I removed it. Top was repainted with high quality flat black paint due to some scratches in the original paint. Please review all pictures as they are part of the description. This is the actual deck you’re bidding on. From the looks of the inside it was used very little. Hardly any signs of internal wear. Everything works as designed by Pioneer. Ships FedEx Ground NO USPS or PO Boxes. Will be well packed for safe shipment. No overseas shipping and only the lower 48 states. This deck has an output frequency of 12K Hz. Sounds and records perfectly. Overall in very good condition for a 45 yr old piece of electronic equipment. Deck is being sold AS-IS due to being a 40 plus yr old piece of electronic equipment but is 100% working. Please make sure you want it prior to bidding. Ask any questions and I’ll respond ASAP.
