Vintage 'Vivo' brand metal portable tripod, made in Japan, probably from the 1950s. When folded up the length is a bit over 10", extended with the center column wound out to full extension is about 47". With the center column all the way down the height is about 43", both measurements depending on the angle of the legs. 1/4-20 threaded post for your camera. To set up just pull the legs out, to put away just push them back in. Heavy detents keep the legs from collapsing, but please note... this is a fairly spindly tripod, designed in an age where most consumer cameras weighed very little compared to todays D-SLR's. In other words only for lightweight cameras. Case shown is in bad shape, not really usable though the zipper still works.
