We try to describe our items well & to the best of our knowledge & research. Considerable time is spent inspecting and researching the items that we carefully select for listing. Although we do our best while listing everything about the items offered, we are not experts; but we are human and as such we sometimes make mistakes. Customer service is very important to us and if we have made a mistake on one of the items we offered we will work with you as our customer to fix it.

Returns:
If there are any problems please contact us first. We offer a 30-day return policy on all of our items new and used when shipped via priority shipping, all items must be returned in their entirety. All items must be returned in the condition that they were received in. New items that are returned must be returned in the factory sealed state that they were purchased in. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees both original and return, refunds that are issued will have shipping fees deducted.
