Vintage pair of nicely detailed porcelain ceramic horse figurines marked Japan. Mare & foal in chestnut & black with white on feet with a snip [patch] on nose. Larger is 7-3/4" long x 5-3/4" at ear. Smaller is 5-1/4" x 5-1/2" tall. Very nice condition with no crazing, chips or cracks. Black paint spatter on underside of foal from manufacture. Both have very slight paint loss on bottom where sticker was.
