Three photos of the damaged item and one of the box it came in. I will then submit the claim to USPS. I will need the item shipped back to me... at the buyer’s expense, why? I had several buyers (3) email me saying they received a damaged item (by USPS) and wanted their money back in full. I requested pictures of the item as well as the item returned and I never heard from them again.... makes me question if the item was damaged.... so now unfortunately, a few bad apples have left me weary.....once I receive the item back, I will refund the item (s) excluding shipping/insurance feesIt is important that you examine items carefully before buying or bidding.
