If you notify us (via eBay message) a minimum of three (3) business hours ahead of your arrival to pick up, your items will be ready when you get here. If you come to pick up without providing notice, you will experience a wait time of 15-30 minutes. Please bring a photo ID matching the name on the invoice for pick up verification.
