HOLMEGARRD ~ Beautiful Painted Glass "NAVAL SAIL SHIP" DECANTER w/Cork Stopper ~ DenmarkDescription of item...Here we have a beautiful painted glass (Schnapps Liqueur) "NAVAL SAIL SHIP" DECANTER designed by Michael Bang and Jette Frölich for HOLMEGAARD of Copenhagen, Denmark showing an old Naval Sail Ship with the Flag of Denmark along with garland, berries and floral designs. It measure approx. 6 3/4" tall (including the stopper) x 4 3/4" in mid diameter (cork stopper has a metal top... & ring.) It is in excellent maintained (used/empty/displayed) condition with no chips or cracks, no damage noted, and is being offered in "as found" condition (missing original Holmegaard sticker.) The bottom is etch marked, "HG 6 O.W." (I think?, photo #6.) Came from a well cared for private home collection of many years, sitting in a display case, however the exact age is unknown, circa 1950-1960's. This item weighs approx. 1 1/4 lbs., add 2 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material. I combine shipping when safe and practical for all items purchased.
