Vintage Major Matt Mason Star Seeker in Perfect Working Order - Mattel Toy.
Up for auction is a vintage 1969 Major Matt Mason Star Seeker Capsule, featuring a programmable (mechanically) guidance path system. Navigate your imagination’s journey through outer space in vintage Mattel style.
Gently played with, has a few minor surface scars, but ALL of the orange path programming pegs are in perfect shape, as are all the wheels and drive gears. I DO NOT have... the original box - or any Star Seeker box for that matter. No Major Matt Mason action figure either; this auction is only for the Star Seeker.
I’ve tried to photo document all blemishes, please view all photos carefully - no photoshop here, what you see in these photos is the condition of this toy. You can see that the battery box has zero rust or corrosion - quite clean in fact! I took care of my toys. I am the original owner of this collectable and hate to see it go, but it’s of no use to me sitting in a box; time to let someone else enjoy this collectable from the early days of America’s space program.
