** note I recently pulled it to listen to it and it winds up but plays the notes very very slowly. May need a person with expertise to tinker with it.**
The top handle has a green look of jade

It winds up and plays music. I notice sometimes it stops.
I don't want to tinker with it so decided to leave it as is
Still has talcum powder residue inside and on the puff
