The Library of Congress started building their own cassette players for handicapped people from the 1960's until the late 2000's. These cassette players are known for their complete control of cassette tapes that other cassette players just don't have. The front control buttons have a strong and responsive feel with each press bringing a satisfying clicking noise. The player is capable of being both a plug in unit and portable with its integrated rechargeable batteries. They are a...ble to play regular two track stereo or mono cassettes backwards. Listing to recorded music backwards at a flip of a switch is one of my favorite features of this player.#2
