I don't know the model, the reproducer says "Victrola 4" but I don't see a model anywhere on it. It winds up and works great except that there appears to be a vertical shaft missing to hold the reproducer arm in place, and there is some damage to the top of the black mount where the reproducer arm attaches to the player and the vertical shaft goes down into it. If I rest the arm on my finger it plays loud and perfectly. The tiny nails that hold the small circular piece to the lower left in place are missing so it comes loose. The vinyl outer case covering also has a lot of wear as shown.
