Apple CD300 SCSI External CD Reader with 2x Caddies and Cable, as pictured - Model M3023.
Pulled from a working setup some time ago, but unable to fully test with my available equipment, so sold as-is. Powers on OK and accepts and ejects discs in caddy. Comes with SCSI cable shown. Note that the two caddies work fine but both "open freely" outside the drive as the little push buttons to release the cover have been taken off both of them. This is really a bit of a ...feature for quick-changing discs and does not affect the functionality of the caddy.
