Please see images; with a good battery ( not included ) and AC adapter ( included ) it works perfectly when connected to a HP-41. Guaranteed to work UPON ARRIVAL but no extended warranty is offered. This printer is one of the very few that still work and advance the paper properly, my estimate is that less than 10% of the printers of this type still work without having been refurbished.
For US and Canadian buyers: upon request I can include in the package ( free ) an old battery tha...t is guaranteed not to work but which can be rebuilt. Please request if needed by default I will not ship it. This offer is not available to international sales because of the restrictions in shipping NiCd batteries.
