Vintage Seiko King Quartz 5856 - 7040 (1978)

Purchased from a highly reputable Japanese vintage Seiko seller earlier in 2019. Please rely on the photos as to a statement of condition, however to the naked eye the watch is in good condition, particularly given its age.
According to the previous seller, the battery was recently replaced and the watch is in completely original condition. I am not an expert so I cannot verify or warrant this, but it does appear to be the case. The movement is a Seiko ca.5856, th...e watch keeps good time, the hands have some tiny marks on them, the case and crystal have some scratches and tiny dents and the dial has a few tiny stains near the "3" marker, however all in all, the watch looks great.
The band is "KQ" signed and should fit up to a 19 cm wrist. The days are in Japanese and English. The day/date quick set works.
