A unique, vintage, small, guillotine paper cutter with blade that produces a wavy, torn-edge look. This type of edge was common on small prints from commercial film processors in the 1930's-50's. This can also be used for scrap booking/crafts where an unique cut edge is desired.
All metal in good overall condition with some spots of rust and patina. Mechanically functions well.
