Corgi Batmobile Car Vintage 1960's w/ Robin Batman Figures British Repair Wheel
This is a vintage 1960's era Corgi brand Batmobile car that measures 5" x 2" x 1 1/4". This black metal car is made in Great Britain and has seated Batman and Robin character figures. There are action features on the car....a push button of front hood will release disc wheel saw pop out at bumper. There is a rocket launcher to propeller rockets from three pipes on the back. Note....the rockets ...are missing now. I have replaced with 3 matchsticks. They launch well when you spin the wheel on back. The back wheels rolling will activate the flame feature in tail pipe. The flames move in and out. There is an issue with the wheels and hubs.... There are only 3 of the hubcabs with the Bat logo. One is gone. The rubber tires may or may not be original or may have gotten on the wrong rims. There are two of one kind and two of another kind. Not sure if they are all original tires. There is not a front axle (if there was one). The paint is not too bad. The blue windshield on Robin's side is chipped. There is paint loss on both Batman and Robin figures. This car is in played with condition but has a lot of good stuff if you are restoring. I have photographed from all sides for your examination.
