amazing, hard to find Fairyland table top Christmas tree in silver / complete with its original decorations & box / made in Japan by Dan-Dee Imports / back in the day, these small tinsel trees were the most popular in gold / please note label on the back of box indicating the tree ordered was out of stock & replaced with a silver one instead / today, the silver tinsel trees are the highly collectible ones / this one is super sweet with colored beads, along with adorable snowman..., elf & angel ornaments made of felt & piping with paper & foil embellishments / what a mid century find!
the tree, when assembled, stands about 10" tall from base to the angel on top / the box is about 9" x 2 1/4" / gold stem & base with all silver branches / the silver branches on the tree are all adjustable as are the ornaments / you can literally form it in any shape desired / tree & ornaments are all fully intact / it does not appear the tree was used that often / the ornaments & branches are all folded tightly into this thin box so they need to be fluffed out & some of the little details on the ornaments need to be straightened out a bit / use care when removing tree from box! / the angel at the top has a slight tear at bottom of her skirt & her little paper wings have some folds in them, most likely from being at the top part of the box when stored / the box has some wear at the top & bottom openings but is intact / overall it is in very good vintage condition & displays marvelously!
